The short version
The app runs on your Mac and talks to the internet only through the integrations you connect yourself. This website exists to sell and validate licenses, so it stores exactly what a license needs: your purchase email, the key, and which Macs activated it. No analytics, no tracking pixels, no usage telemetry.
What the website stores
- Email — the address you paid with, to deliver and re-send your key.
- License record — the key, its status, and the Dodo payment it came from.
- Device slots — a device identifier, an optional name, and the activation time for each of the Macs you activate. This is what lets you manage three slots; the identifier never leaves the licensing database.
What the app stores
All application data — settings, notes, clipboard history, habits, scratchpad — lives under your own Application Support directory on your Mac. Integration credentials stay on the machine. The app makes no requests to this website except when you activate, deactivate, or re-send a license.
Payments
Checkout runs on Dodo Payments. Card details never touch this site; we receive a payment identifier, the amount, and the email you entered at checkout. See Dodo's own privacy notice for the checkout flow.
Transactional email (your license key, and re-sends you request) is delivered through Resend. There is no mailing list; the only email you will ever receive is the one you asked for.
Your controls
Ask and we will correct or delete the license record tied to your email — noting that deletion retires the key. Deactivating a device in the app removes its slot immediately.
